This policy applies to the Arabian Bites customer app and the associated ordering and delivery service. It is available publicly without signing in.

1. Information we collect

To provide our services, Arabian Bites collects users' names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery or pickup addresses, and order details and history.

2. Google Sign In

Users sign in with Google. Through Google authentication, we receive information needed to identify and authenticate an account, such as an email address and account identifier; a name may also be provided. We do not receive users' Google passwords. Google's privacy practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

3. How we use information

• Create and maintain user accounts and authenticate sign-ins.
• Connect customers with homemakers and manage food orders.
• Coordinate meal pickup and delivery.
• Communicate about orders, service issues, and support requests.
• Operate and maintain the application.

4. When information is shared

Relevant order, pickup, delivery, and contact information may be shared with the homemaker preparing the meal and the delivery person fulfilling the order, where needed to provide the service. Google and Supabase also support authentication and backend functionality and may process data as part of those services.

5. Payments

Arabian Bites uses cash on delivery. Customers pay the delivery person when they receive their food. The application does not process online payments or request payment-card details for in-app payment processing.

6. Security and retention

We aim to protect personal information with appropriate safeguards, although no digital system is completely risk-free. Account and order information may be retained as needed to operate the service, address support matters, maintain relevant records, and comply with applicable requirements. 7. Your privacy choices and account deletion

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by emailing contact@hussamhm.com. We review requests and respond subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Certain records may need to be retained where legally required.
