1. Using Arabian Bites

By using the app, users agree to these terms and applicable laws. Arabian Bites connects customers with independent homemakers who prepare and sell homemade meals, and coordinates collection and delivery of prepared orders.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate order and delivery information, place genuine orders, review food descriptions and prices, communicate relevant dietary concerns, and pay the applicable cash amount upon delivery.

3. Homemaker responsibilities

Homemakers are responsible for accurately describing their food, preparing accepted orders, maintaining appropriate hygiene and food safety practices, communicating relevant ingredient and allergen information, and following applicable requirements for food preparation and sale.

4. Orders and delivery

Orders depend on food availability, acceptance, and delivery capacity. Delivery times may vary based on preparation, location, traffic, and operational conditions. Customers should be available at the delivery address they provide.

5. Cash on delivery

Payments are made in cash to the Arabian Bites delivery person when an order arrives. Arabian Bites does not process online payments through the app. Customers should review the order total before confirming an order.

6. Cancellations and order issues

For incorrect, missing, damaged, or delayed orders, or cancellation requests, contact us at contact@hussamhm.com. Requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the order, its preparation or delivery status, and applicable consumer rights. This section does not promise a particular refund or cancellation outcome.

7. Food safety

Food is prepared by participating homemakers, who are responsible for appropriate preparation and hygiene. Customers should review available ingredient information and raise allergy or dietary concerns before ordering. Applicable consumer and food safety protections continue to apply.

8. Acceptable use

Users must not place fraudulent orders, provide misleading information, harass others, misuse personal data, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations. Access may be restricted in response to misuse or security concerns, subject to applicable law.

9. Availability and changes

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, delivery limits, or other circumstances. We may update these terms as the service evolves; revised terms will be posted here.
